✨Meet the Board!✨ Say hello to the woman behind our marketing and communications- Sara Paesano! Sara is a sales and wedding manager at in Lincoln. Sara has been with Kirkbrae for nearly 10 years serving in different roles working her way up to where she is now. This is Sara’s second year on the ILEA RI board and she’s also a former board member of during her time in the major. ILEA Rhode Island is proud to bring back the Richard Carbotti Scholarship for the 2024-2025 year and onward. This scholarship was created in honor of ILEA RI's very first president, Richard Carbotti who served from 2004-2006. An individual who founded ILEA RI and helped to grow to be as great as it is today. The scholarship is open to one industry professional and one student who wish to be a part of ILEA RI to gain an immense network, growth their industry knowledge, and discover all the opportunities that is available to the hospitality in Rhode Island. Industry professionals applying must have not ever been a member of ILEA RI (or other ILEA chapters) or have not been a member for the last 3 years. Students who apply must be currently enrolled in an accredited university seeking an undergrad or graduate degree. The recipient of this scholarship will receive their membership to ILEA RI complimentary for their first year. Applications will be reviewed by ILEA RI board members. DEADLINE is September 18.
