Q: What are the rental hours for the hall? A: The hall rental is for a full day, with access starting at 2:00 am and ending at midnight. Q: Is there a restriction on music at the hall? A: Yes, music must be reduced at 11:00 pm out of respect for the residential area where the hall is located. Q: What tables are available for use at the hall? A: The hall provides 15 5 ft round tables and 15 6 ft rectangular tables for use during events. Q: Can I bring in my own catering for the event? A: Yes, you are welcome to bring in any catering that you would like. The kitchen is equipped with a stove to keep food warm, but it is not set up for cooking. Q: Can I bring in my own alcohol for the event? A: No, outside alcohol is not allowed as the hall has its own liquor license. However, the hall can coordinate the bar for you. You will be responsible for paying the bartender. A: The hall is 33 feet by 100 feet in size. Q: Is security required, and when is it necessary? A: Security is required when alcohol is being served from 6:00 pm to the end of the event. You can bring in licensed security or we can coordinate security for you. Q: Are there any restrictions on decorations? A: You are welcome to bring in any decorations you would like with the exception of glitter and small confetti. You can hang things on the wall or from the ceiling as long as it doesnβt cause damage to the facility. Q: Does the hall have air conditioning? A: Yes, we do have air conditioning. We can usually get about 20 degrees cooler than the outside temperature. The hall may get warm when there are a lot of people in the building and when the doors are opening and closing, allowing the cool air to escape.
