We are currently scheduling tours and booking for 2025 and 2026 weddings! Located on our website you will find a calendar with all of our available dates.

The price of the venue includes the 3-day weekend Friday, Saturday and Sunday! This allows you plenty of time to decorate however you choose, time to tear down and most importantly time to celebrate!

- 3 days (Fri 8am-10pm, Sat 8am-12am, Sun- til noon)

We are now offering Day of Coordinator services!

Are you worried about your Best Man being in the bar when it’s time to give speeches? Or the bride’s father hiding in the back corner trying to avoid the Father-Daughter dance? Worried about how you are going to stop in the middle of make-up to tell the caterers where to go?

My name is Megan Colletti and I manage all of the events that take place at the Hatchet Ranch. I am thrilled to announce a new service available to all of our bridal couples. Beginning in our 2023 wedding season, I will be offering Day of Coordination services! A Day of Coordinator oversees the ex*****on of all of the wedding plans you have poured your heart and soul into. I would help manage vendors, oversee the final walk through of the venue, manage the wedding timeline to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible, and so much more. Since I have been assisting with the weddings at the Ranch for several years now, I have complied layout options for both the ceremony and reception areas based off of number of guests and several other factors. These layouts would be available for you to look through and choose one, or I would be happy to come out with a new layout with your ideas in mind.
