PB&T CHRISTMAS PARTY! Just a few photos more to come. Big shout out to my team Chef Ed, Leona, Mark, Toler Brothers, and Aunt Aggie upping the dessert table🙌🙌🙌 and all my helpers. 🙏 FOR Vigina Williams the back bone of this company, she recently shattered her elbow and had to have surgery she was able to make it to the party and still help guide us! WE LOVE YOU VIRG! Thank you PB&T for a wonderful night and making us part of your Gala.

Today we did 600 people for pueblo bank and trust. We crushed it! Leona, Virginia, Dana, Micheal, Robert, Patty, Avery, Phoenix, and everyone else I am beyond proud of all of you. We did the damn thing. Numerous compliments and praise on our food and service. Go home get some rest because we have a long month ahead of us. You guys are the s**t!

Today we had a class reunion, a wedding, and a celebration of women. We crushed all 3. Our team is amazing. Virginia Williams is the still the heart of our team. Smashing out in the kitchen with chef and slamming out the service with Dana!

In the last month our team has cooked for roughly 10,000 people. We have 3 dedicated chefs. ( Virginia, Leona and Edward) in less than 8 months we have continued the legacy Jim built and expanded on it. I(Edward) am beyond proud of my team. Dana, Patty , Phoenix,Michaela,Robert, Jayde, Kristen, Eleanor, Devon, malichai, and Candy! You guys have been phenomenal. And you are appreciated. We are the most experienced and professional catering team this city has. In less than one year we filled our books with events. Every tasting we have done has booked with us. We have donated mass amounts of food to the less fortunate as well. I hope we can continue to serve our community. And if you havnt heard of my team give it a a few, you will. Thank you Pueblo!

Just had some amazing tacos from Presley Casack. Don't sleep on them. The old Phil's radiator. Great spot with excellent food!

Farm to table dinner. 220 people paid $100 to eat our food to raise money for mariposa. Thank you for letting us help you! To our team all of your are amazing and thank you for your help!

This month we take on our biggest challenge yet. The Newmar r.v. rally. Roughly 6000 people in 6 days. We have been planning this for a year and are excited to get it done and show our teams skill. No matter the size we get it done!
