Hwy BBQ fans, we are back at Thursday-Saturday, December 19th, 20th, and 21st.
We are bringing back our Brisket Reuben and our Pulled Pork Cubano, along with all the usuals.

This is the last chance to catch us until January as we have several private catering events to finish the year.

We will be popping up for the next 2 weekends.
Friday, December 13th, 11-9
Saturday, December 14th, 11-9
Sunday, December 15th, 9am - sell out, offering a special brunch menu, Sunday only 9am-1pm lunch starting at 11am.

We will be adding pork belly burnt ends, our amazing brisket nachos, and our award winning peanut butter nutter butter banana pudding to the menu.

Hey BBQ fans, we are excited to welcome another food trailer to the DD’s family. We will be expanding our catering business to include, snow cream and dirty sodas by day and mobile bar by night. Opening spring of 2025. We are extremely honored to have one of the OG’s of Pueblo food trucks in our hands. Thank you Cooper Watts. Hey BBQ fans, we will be this weekend for &frijolefestival. We will be parked @ 318 S Union Blvd. along with .rose01 out front and food truck . Friday 3pm-sell out
Saturday noon-sell out
Sunday noon -4
We will be featuring our full sandwich menu, our loaded nachos, pulled pork or brisket quesadilla's, add Pueblo Chile to any featured items.

Special: Pork Belly with tortillas and our Pueblo Chile salsa.

Cone grab some grub and ice-cold drinks. Live music and shaded seating areas.

Hey BBQ fans, we will not be out this week. We have private catering Thursday-Sunday, but we will be back next week Friday-Sunday on Union for the &frijolesfestival. We will be parked at 318 S. Union Blvd. Along with .rose01 and food truck. Live music and great food.
We will have an event menu featuring Pueblo Chile along with our amazing bbq.

Come out and enjoy the weekend.
