SACRED DANCE PATH provides dance instruction for children, teens, and adults. About Karyne:

Karyne is a mother, poet, and movement artist with over 30 years experience in the entertainment industry. With an eye for interpretation, presentation, and demonstration, Karyne offers her poetic expertise to every project she embodies. Currently, Karyne is teaching her hula program to the upcountry commu

nity of Maui, Hi. She has also created a 5Rythyms style dance program for kids called FreeStyle Playground. As a Choreographer:
“Make movement matter” has always been her philosophy when creating dance art for her clients. “I try to find the soul of any song that I am working with, then I manifest the movement that reflects it.” By combining 13 years of Polynesian dance training with her unique form of urban dance, she has created a new style of movement called Urban Pacific Dance. In mixing these two cultures, Karyne has derived a sweet and exotic blend of movement that is also funky and soulful. As a Dancer:
Karyne has performed extensively throughout Las Vegas, Reno, and Lake Tahoe; she was a featured dancer in the motion picture DICK TRACY w/ Madonna; a tango dancer in the movie MY BLUE HEAVEN w/ Steve Martin; toured Japan 4 times; and was a featured Go Go dancer for many prominent night clubs throughout LA & OC such as Metropolis, The Palace, The Roxy, The Mayan, and Coolsville. As a Teacher:
Karyne works to inspire her students to shine their own personal inner light, and to reach their soul’s potential through dance. Her curriculum is a product of being a Spirit led artist, daily practice, and decades of gathering her dance wisdom through the paths that have made up her life. Karyne’s classes are thought provoking and exciting, and range from children’s classes to professional level adults, beginner through advanced, and is available for solo performance, weekly instruction, dance camps, seminars, workshops, master class, and special choreography, and private instruction.

A global sacred dance encounter for women. No experience is necessary, just come, bring a prayer, and a passion to emote, express, create, drop in, and rise up. We will do all of this through a beautiful sacred movement system called Sacred Dance Path, which includes gentle hula, the drum beats of Tahiti, Polynesian fusion reggae, Ho'oponopono, and more!

No experience necessary, this movement is perfect for beginners, just bring your beautiful heartlight, a prayer, and a posture of expectancy.

SACRED DANCE PATH: Facelift

COMING Dec. 1.....My new and improved website!

Dancing upon the Sacred path has been like living my childhood daydreams here and now! I LOVE what God has assigned me to do. I do it gladly and with great joy. I was excited several years ago to have my first website. Now, I get a NEW and improved one, which includes:

* FREE online dance classes
* Women's retreats - individual and group
* Maui visitors hula experience
* Sacred Storefront

Phase 2 will include a membership area with free content monthly, my custom design organic dance oil, and digital downloads!

DANCE WISDOM

YOU are a dancer
even if you've never danced before
or were trained

If you breathe, walk, interact, and move from here to there
you are dancing

you are a cast member in
The Dance Of Life

God is your choreographer
and your heart-beat is your drum

to the music of the changing seasons
to that which makes your mouth smile sincerely
or to the cacophony
of what does not suit you
rocking back and forth
rhythmically
to this and that...here and there
finding your balance along the way
