It's wedding weekend and yesterday's adventures included a full van of flowers! So much so that I had to block off the front seat with cardboard to keep the flowers from moving. I'm obsessed with this color palette 🎨 😍

Let's talk bouquets! This is where the passion for Budding Romance stirred within me. I remember how much I loved my bridal bouquet and just how amazing it made me feel as a bride to have something so luxurious. I loved it, and I wanted that for everyone.

But let's be real... many of you ask why bouquets tend to be so expensive. Well, a spectacular bouquet needs texture and just the right mixture of elements. It needs things to draw the eye and smaller elements to make you keep looking. It needs variety and depth. It takes a LOT of time and patience to pick the right florals and design to fit your vision, especially since every bouquet we make is an original.

When buying from our wholesaler in bunches of flowers, we often have to buy in bulk to achieve just the right look for your wedding day. If we are doing full service florals, we can mitigate that cost by using the extra flowers elsewhere, but if you are just purchasing bouquet(s) and boutonniere(s), we have to charge you more for those.

We love being able to give as many brides as possible the option for an extraordinary bouquet. That's why we have our a la carte pricing, so your couple photos look bomb even on a smaller floral budget. Those are hopefully going to be cherished keepsakes for many years to come, and we know you want them to look great. Check this option out on our website today if this is you. We promise you won't regret choosing us for your personal florals.

(But, keep in mind, that our a la carte florals don't offer us the flexibility to do on-site installs or some variations of large floral centerpieces or arrangements. Being on-site with proper tools, assistants, and time is important for those.)

As I told my dear friend today (who these flowers were for), flowers are my love language. 💓 Flowers convey love, happiness, sympathy, joy, and everything in between. They are the gift that always fits and inevitably brightens the spirit. Flowers say everything without saying anything. That's a pretty spectacular super power, if you ask me!

Fall is here and with that we are excited to announce the registration is live for our Fall Floral Workshop on Oct 21st from 2-4pm in Puyallup. There are some weddings that just stop you in your tracks... I knew when I met Tia and Matt their wedding day would be spectacular and was beyond excited to be a part of it. And it lived up to the hype. This may have been one of my favorite bouquets to date... down to the vintage pin that I stumbled upon and knew was meant for this bride. This was a last minute change for a wedding backdrop and I am obsessed with how it turned out. The couple used an antique screen for their wedding day and we wove the flowers through it to create some magical flower art 🎨 🌼 🌸 🌹
