🧀🍸National Cheese Day seemed like the perfect opportunity to share this fun little project with you all!

The Sumner Rhubarb Days Festival is June 22-23! Some of the businesses collaborated with to create a cocktail recipe book that will be available during Rhubarb Days.

I had a few different ideas on how to contribute to the book while staying on brand. I settled on this dirty girl 😍🍸!

Happy Saturday morning! I have chosen to extend the crowdfunding campaign through the end of June. The reason I chose over Kickstarter was the flexibility with the platform. With Kickstarter it’s an all or nothing campaign. Therefore if you don’t raise 100% of your goal, you keep nothing. With Indiegogo you get to keep the funds you raise AND you can run the campaign for a total of 60 days!

As of today, we are 56% funded. We are a little more than halfway to our goal in 30 days of crowdfunding! I’m counting this as a success!

I will be shifting my focus to getting the store ready to go in the next month or so and my daughter’s graduation. I won’t be “campaigning” as much. But I’m happy to have the option to keep it open for those who still want to support Bomb Charcuterie!

Thank you all so much for your encouragement and support while we are in the final stages of this project. 💗

48%🙌🏼!! Even though we aren’t 100% backed in the first 30 days, I’m obviously pleased with what have accomplished this month. I can’t say it enough, THANK YOU! Thank you for the shares, the contributions, words of encouragement. Thank you for making Bomb Charcuterie what it is. Because without clients trusting us with their events, buying charcuterie boards and platters, & a generous community here on social media, we would be nothing!

Throughout this last month of crowdfunding I’ve had someone accuse me of “begging for money” and a few comments along the lines of “why should I help your business?” Trust that before I launched this campaign I really struggled with whether or not to even go this route, for fear of those comments or negative thoughts about me or my business. I’m not one to reach out and ask for help (my fellow virgos can relate)!
