We’re updating our hours! 🕒 Starting this week, our winter hours will be Tuesday through Saturday, 11 AM to 3 PM. After testing Sunday hours, we realized it wasn’t busy enough to continue, and we’ve noticed that November afternoons have been quieter—likely due to the weather and less foot traffic.

Here are a few important things to know about our business:
🧀We’re still a new storefront figuring out what works best for our community and makes sense for our team.
🧀Our store hours cater primarily to lunchtime, but we’re also available for catering and large events outside of store hours—just reach out!

🌟 Special Holiday Hours:
• Christmas Week: Open 12/23 and the morning of 12/24 (sandwich bar will be closed on 12/24). We will be closed on Christmas Day.
• New Year’s Week: Regular hours Tuesday through Saturday, 11 AM to 3 PM, but we will be closed on New Year’s Day.

Yesterday, the incredible women of Bomb Charcuterie created 25 stunning charcuterie arrangements, providing over 200 servings of hand-cut, folded, and styled cheese and charcuterie for you to enjoy this Thanksgiving. Watching their skill, dedication, and artistry come to life is humbling and inspiring. I am so grateful for this team—their kindness, loyalty, integrity, and passion for making beautiful creations are unmatched.

Tis the season!! We are ready for the holidays at Bomb Charcuterie. Whether you need us to cater your holiday events, needs gift ideas, or need a good lunch to get you through the day WE ARE HERE FOR you!

We passed out around 200 cheese and chocolate samples for the adults at the Street of Treats last night and they were pumped! It warmed my heart so much. Bottom line is, people love cheese, and we have a lot of it to share!

We have sold out of Cheese Coffins, taught a private Halloween Inspired workshop, and did a Halloween Graze last night🎃👻🕷️🕸️. Ya’ll love your Halloween.

We’ll be open until 7pm on Halloween. We’ll wrap up the Halloween season by passing out candy for the kids & cheese pairing samples for the adults. We’ll have the sandwich bar up and running along with our popular grab & go charcuterie boxes.

We will be OPEN this Sunday, 10/20/24 from 12:00-5:00 for the ! We’ll have our grab and go charcuterie boxes, sandwiches, and all things cheese & charcuterie for you to shop.

This is just the beginning of the busiest and most fun time of the year for us. We will be opening more Sundays and a few other days during November and December to accommodate our clients! More info coming on that!

The Drip 🔥🍯 For this girlie we combined Rosemary Ham with Havarti, Fresh Sliced Pear, Mayo, Arugula, & a generous drizzle of Hot Honey. Thinking of adding a honey mustard to her🤔. Let me know in the comments if you think we should give that a try!
