Owner Allan Pinkus started as a customer of a local jerky maker before deciding to become Tom Fredricks partner. Tom is a second generation butcher who sold his jerky locally, and Allan would buy 30 pounds at a time. After retiring from his day job, Alan partnered with Tom to sell the jerky to more customers and expand the market for one of his favorite snacks. We feel that people across the country should all have a chance to enjoy these delicious snacks, and we're looking forward to sharing Butcher's Cut Jerky throughout the United States.
