Hi my name is Mia and I am one of the Venue Coordinator Assistants here at Schnepf Farms! I have worked at the farm for 9 years, with 8 of them being on the weddings team 🤍

Some Fun Facts About Me :

1. I love fashion and shop at mostly departments stores, places like Dillards and Macys have my heart!

2. I have a twin brother! We are fraternal twins and 7 minutes apart… he’s by far the best friend I’ve ever had

3. My family has a farm in Alabama that I call home too

4. One of my hidden talents is that I’m a birth doula and have been a part of 8 births!

5. I’ve lost count on how many times I’ve been to comic con or the renaissance festival in my life time

The best wedding advice I can give is to K.I.S.S (Keep It Sweet & Spectacular)!! Every wedding is different in its own way! Sweet & Spectacular has no limits 🤍

MEET MIKAYLA

Hi! I’m Mikayla, one of the Venue Coordinators here at Schnepf Farms! I joined the farm family in September 2021, starting as an assistant coordinator and becoming a coordinator just 6 months later. You’ll find me designing beautiful art, fixing little things around the farm, holding your hand while you breathe, putting people in their places, bustling dresses, and serving you a drink. I’m everywhere!

A few things about me:

1. I’m also a wedding florist! I started my business during the slow Arizona summer of 2022 and absolutely LOVE it!!! I’m grateful for the support at the farm cheering me on.
2. I’m married to an incredible man who is my biggest fan and supporter. I couldn’t do anything without him, especially when he takes care of my hangry moments!
3. I’m an audiobook lover. With my busy schedule, listening to audiobooks helps keep me sane.
4. I’ve got two cute corgis, Rue and Lilikoi, with their big booties and even bigger attitudes!!
5. Many people have told me that I have an interesting life story and should write a book. Maybe someday I will, I’ll just need an amazing editor.

My wedding advice: don’t stress! I know it sounds impossible, but try to breathe and remember that this day is about you and your fiancé—NO ONE ELSE! This is the start of your life together. Forget the wedding for just a moment; your vendors have got you covered. Look into each other’s eyes—that is your person, and you’ve got each other. Let the rest melt away.

MEET SAVANNAH 🤍

Hey there, I’m Savannah, one of your Venue Coordinators here at Schnepf Farms. I have been apart of Schnepf Farms since I was in high school, ask me anything I’ve probably worked it ❤️ I have worked weddings for the past 6 years here on the farm, catering and coordinating!

Here’s a little fun info about me:

1. Call me crazy, but Summer is my favorite time of year. Pool side, with a large peach black tea with some music please! 🍑
2. I married the love of my life this past fall in our very own gorgeous Meadow Venue (so I might be a little bias) 🤍
3. I’m 100% D.I.Y obsessed, from making signs/shirts with my Cricut, to redecorating my house on my days off.
4. Shopping is my therapy I can be out for hours, take me with you I promise I’ll find you all the good deals! 🛍️
5. One day I’ll have a big yard and have all the farm animals: cows, goats, ducks, pigs, llamas, etc. (just don’t tell my husband he needs some more convincing) 🐮🤠

My wedding advice - It’s YOUR big day, find the things that’s important to you that you want at your wedding and forget about the rest, not everything has to be top line if you don’t want it to be. Nothing is traditional anymore so make your own tradition. BREATHE, It’s okay to take a second to stand back and just watch everyone enjoy the company and admire the work you’ve put into planning before you head out to have fun!

I’m so thrilled to be apart of such a huge chapter in your lives, you might even catch me shed a tear or two! 🤍

Hey! I’m Rylee, one of the Venue Coordinators here at Schnepf Farms! I have been in the wedding industry for 5 years, and have been here at the farm for almost 3 years, and let me tell you, I LOVE IT! Here’s some fun things about me -

1. Catch me drinking Sauvignon Blanc outside at Postino when “its nice out”
2. I lived in Japan for 9 months and know ✨4 words in Japanese✨
3. I am born and raised in Arizona (& never plan to move away)
4. Give me a glass of wine, a bath tub and a good book and I’ll be set for the evening
5. I am a sucker for a good New York Style Cheesecake! I don’t need any of that fancy stuff - plain ol cheesecake for me please 🤤

My wedding advice - ENJOY. THE. DAY. The day goes insanelyyyyyyy fast. Don’t be afraid to tell your wedding party what to do to make your day enjoyable. This day is all about you and your soon to be hubby/wifey! BE PRESENT ✨🤍

We get asked all the time - “when should I have my ceremony?”

While we always suggest you work with your photographer to determine the exact time based on your overall photo schedule (first look vs no first look, how many family photo combos, etc.) our best suggestion is to schedule your ceremony at least 90 minutes prior to sunset! This allows 30 minutes for the ceremony and 1 hour for photos with some wiggle room of a late ceremony start or extra photos before it gets dark on the farm!

Ultimately though, it’s up to you and your fiancé to officially set what time you want your ceremony, we work with your schedule and what you’re envisioning for your day! We’re just here to help give insight and options to make your day go as perfectly as possible 🤍

Wedding season officially kicks off this weekend at Schnepf Farms! 💍💕 Our amazing wood-working magician Steven is restoring our reception dining tables by sanding them down and adding a fresh yet simple stain. We actually recycled some of our pine trees from our forest on the farm several years ago to make these beautiful tables! 🌲🌲
