Join us on Saturday September 9th for the Get your Rear in Gear 5K in Crandall Park in Glens Falls. 5K will follow the 5K trail in Crandall Park run entirely on the ski trails. All profits from the race stay local to support Colorectal Cancer paitents. Survivors and Patients can register for Free!! There will be a 5K run/walk, a 1 mile walk, and a kids run. Come on out to the Churney Gurney races this weekend at Gurney Lane Park. We have a 5 Mile Trail Race on Saturday Morniing, A fun downhill race on Saturday Afternoon, and the main Churney Gurney Mountain Bike Race on Sunday.

Don't have a bike??? Head to Rick’s Outpost at Gurney Lane MTB Park MTB Park, they have rentals and all the gear you need. New to Mountain biking, head down to the Rush Pond Trails (Gurney South) and ride the fun, and Flowy trails just down the hill.

Sign up for NYSSRA Nordic Women's ski day to be held on Saturday January 28th at Brookhaven Nordic trails in Greenfield Center, NY. Each participant will receive one of the Skida hats pictured below, Lunch at the The View Restaurant, instruction, and a chance to network and ski with women of the same interests. Fischer Nordic and One Way Ski Poles will be there with Demo Equipment to try as well.
