What a weekend! THIS was the FIRST drink we demonstrated on Saturday morning as a Brunch Cocktail. This drink, was made alongside a beautiful demo of Shrimp and Grits by Chef Sakari Smithwick.

Happy National Chocolate Souffle Day! Why not try a Chocolate Souffle Martini?

Rim your martini class with a sugar/cocoa mixture.

In your cocktail shaker add:
1 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
1 oz Godiva Chocolate Liquor
1 oz Chocolate Vodka
1/2 oz Half and Half
1 egg white or 2 tsp of meringue powder

Dry Shake, then add ice and shake to chill
Strain into a martini glass

Enjoy!

Happy National Gazpacho Day!
Have you ever tried a Gazpacho shooter? A step above a Traditional Bloody Mary 🍅

Tomatoes, Cucumber, Jalapeño(with or without seeds), cayenne pepper powder, garlic powder, paprika, red or yellow onion, fresh cilantro, VODKA, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

Throw all in a Vitamix. Blend until smooth, pour into shot cups. Garnish as desired (if you wish).

ENJOY!! Get those VEGGIES in!!
