Happy Spring! This signature cocktail of ours entered the scene last summer & was a major hit. Whether you want to add vodka, gin, or keep the alcohol out all together, this light & flavorful drink will get you excited for those warmer days to come! You can also top it off with a splash of Prosecco if you really want to feel summery!

Feel free to play with the ingredient amounts to match your specific taste. We sometimes add a little honey in to sweeten it up a bit. You can also make your own lavender simple syrup if you want to get even more crafty! However, Monin Lavender Lemon Syrup is delicious & will give the drink a beautiful lavender colored hue…

Instructions-
Step 1:
In a cocktail pitcher add your lemon juice, simple syrup, water, and vodka. Mix well.
Step 2:
Pour drink over ice into a glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel or lavender stems if you wish. Serve & enjoy!
