ven after the event. The Ancestral Barn built in 1868, is fully restored and tastefully updated with elegant chandeliers and bistro lighting. Its multiple levels include a lower level with a concrete patio for hosting cocktail hour and two upper levels for dining and dancing. The large doorways open for a pleasant sunset view. The Hilltop Reception Room is a modern farmhouse-style building with expansive deck space for more year-round special events, and closely nearby is our intimate Tasting Room called 57&VINE! Overall, the property is the private residence of Gary & Rita Speckhart which they have generously opened to host special events, including Sunset Dinners hosted monthly. The Pointe, also known as the Lawn, is the wonderful place to have your event. It is spacious enough to entertain a large number of guests or intimate enough for a small gathering. It will accommodate any outdoor setting that you would dream of having. The Vineyard is located steps away from the Pointe. It brings ambiance and charm to anyone’s event. It is ideal place for additional pictures or relaxing with a glass of wine before, during, or even after the event. The Barn, built in 1868, is fully restored and tastefully updated with elegant lighting.
