Please note, we are not located in Quitman, we have relocated and are now operating out of sulphur springs.

Having a get together, office party, birthday, etc. and not quite sure what to do for food? Well, we are proud to announce that our books are now open to cater your events for 2022! We offer a wide array of items to accommodate different tastes as well as budgets. Listed below are what we have to offer and will have more listed in the upcoming weeks. Check it out!

The books are now open for Christmas Day orders! Let us take some of the stress off of you this holiday season. From our signature deep fried turkeys to our USDA prime grade brisket, you won’t be disappointed! The menu is as follows:

Deep fried or smoked turkey
13lbs start at $65

Deep fried or smoked turkey breast 9lbs. $45

Prime grade brisket $17/lb
(Minimum order 5lbs)

Pork ribs $25/ rack

Pulled pork $8/lb.
(Minimum order 5lbs)

Smoked ham $50

Smoked chicken quarters (dry rub or mustard glaze) 1/2dz. $30

Boudin (regular or jalapeño)
2 links for $10

Jalapeño cheddar sausage
$8 per link

It’s that time of year again! We are now taking orders for those deep fried cajun turkeys for Thanksgiving Day. Crispy, golden brown, and juicy, these birds will be the hit of your family’s holiday meal! Now as we all know, prices on just about everything has gone up. Fortunately, we will still be able to maintain last year’s price. Our 13lb turkeys will still start at $65 🦃 Don’t need a full turkey? We also offer our deep fried turkey breast for $45. And of course we will still offer Thanksgiving Day delivery! Give us a shout and let us earn your family’s business this holiday season!

Game day is quickly approaching and we've got you covered! We're now offering our smoked chorizo queso just in time for those superbowl parties! Each pan is prepared with fresh vegetables and smoked until the melted goodness is achieved. Let us make your GameDay a little bit easier! As always, our delivery service is available! Our menu is as followed:
Queso: $35 a pan
Ribs: $30 per rack
Brisket: $12 per pound
Pulled pork: $6 per pound

Check out this meal prep order we did! Tequila-lime fajita chicken bowls with brown rice and pico. Second is shrimp with basil alfredo sauce over spaghetti squash with a side of roasted asparagus. This was a blast to make 🐺🐺

Well, it's about that time to say goodbye to 2020 and hello to 2021! And with a new year come new resolutions that we set for ourselves. For those that are setting fitness goals we have something for you. We will now be offering weekly meal prep! This meal is a grilled lemon chicken, zucchini, squash, rice, and mixed nuts. This is an example, but trust me, we have ALOT more ideas ready to go for meals. Meal prep starts at $10 per meal, or $45 for 5. If you have any ideas on something you'd like to see, leave a comment!

We are now taking orders for the Christmas holiday! And just in time because do we have a present for you! Although, I wouldn't recommend putting this one under the tree lol Our herb-crusted prime rib is now available for order. Want to impress those out of town relatives or in-laws? This is the ticket! We'll be offering this prime rib either smoked or deep fried. The hams, turkeys, and other items are available for order as well! Contact us today!! 🐺🐺 (Please note- prime rib is cooked to order. Medium rare is recommended)

Two words.......PULLED PORK! Thankfully, some of the piggy that went to market made its way to our smoker. This one in particular was decked out with our house made dry rub and got a 10 hour smoke. This is a very versatile piece of meat. It can be used in nachos, tacos, sandwiches, tamales, you name it! Our 10lb bone in pork butts start at $60!

We had the chance to swing by the Art and Wine Festival in Winnsboro, Tx. on this beautiful Saturday afternoon. Let me tell you, Red Road Vineyard and Winery blew us away. Their Chocolate Lach Rua is so good, we HAD to grab a bottle. Sweet red wine with chocolate aromas it's perfect for your next date night. Be sure to check them out!!

Don't you just hate it when you know you're forgetting something but can't remember what it was? Well this holiday season you definitely don't need to forget the ham! Coated with a generous helping of Texas honey it will please any crowd. Smoked over pecan wood and coated in a brown sugar and Dr. Pepper glaze it's the perfect balance of sweet and salty. 10 pound bone-in hams start at $60!
