Some key reasons why day of coordinators are worth it: 1.) Assists in streamlining your event timeline ensuring all details (including those as minor as who is handing out and lighting the sparklers for the grand exit) are accounted for. 2.) Is the main point of contact ensuring all the vendors are on the same page for the duration of the event. 3.) Allows you and your family/friends to enjoy your day without the any added stress 🤍

Allow for me to introduce myself. Hi, I’m Sadie! I am the mother to 3 pretty awesome kids (ages range from 2-10) and am happily married to my husband, Michael, of almost 4 years. I work in sales operations by day and enjoy working for a catering company on some nights and weekends. In my spare time I enjoy getting together with family, going for walks/bike rides with my kids, and enjoying a nice fire with my husband and pup.

I always knew my passion was in event planning/day of coordination and had hoped to one day make it a reality. Although I do not plan to leave my full-time job anytime in the near or distant future, I have decided that life is too short not to pursue what makes you happy!

For as long as I can remember I have been a people pleaser. However, it’s different when you are helping someone who has poured their heart and soul into every detail of an event and now it’s your turn to ensure it is executed flawlessly, and you kill it! I often feel selfish on event days, as it brings me such great joy and satisfaction knowing that my clients can finally relax because they know I’ve got it covered. Allow me to help relieve your stress so that you can enjoy your day, you deserve it!
