Situated between the East Hall, King's Way, and the Inner Courtyard, you'll have a perfect view of our beautiful gothic architecture, vibrant gardens, and even Lake Michigan!

Our new 30'x60' tent can accommodate up to 72 people while socially distanced, or up to 135 people under normal circumstances, with plenty of room for the bar, dance floor, buffet, and desserts!

It may still be September, but the holiday season is just around the corner already! Holiday gatherings will inevitably look a little different this year, and we're here to help ensure that you have a safe place for your family and friends to come together. With plenty of room to spread out, a faux fireplace, festive globe lights, handicap accessibility, and eventually, Christmas decor, the Assembly Hall makes a perfect gathering space to celebrate the holidays!

Rental pricing ranges from $250-$450 for a 4-hour rental period, which includes tables & chairs that we'll take care of setting up for you, as well as our globe light ceiling decor. Evening rental periods also include event security. Pricing varies by time of day and day of the week. Choose from the following gathering times: 11am-3pm; 5pm-9pm; or 12pm-8pm.

Proceeds will help support The DeKoven Center during a particularly tough time due to the pandemic. So much of what we do is rooted in bringing people together for everything from reflection to celebration. Many of our 2020 gatherings have had to be postponed to 2021 due to covid-19 health and safety concerns. Your purchase will ensure that we can continue to maintain our beautiful grounds and historic facilities so that we can continue to serve our community for many more years to come.
