I take pride in all my work and work very hard and dedicate my time to each of my clients fully. As a photographer my livley hood is with each image I capture so it is important to post and share my work with everyone in order to book clients in the future.
As your photographer I am very careful which images I do post and want my best work on display.
With all due respect I am grateful for buissness opportunities, but I do need to clarify something.
When you hire me paid or non paid ,Copyrights apply.
All my images are protected by Copyright Law:
Basically, copyright law says that when I take your photograph, I become the copyright owner of the image I created. This means I hold exclusive rights to: Reproduce the photograph, Display the image in a public space , and use it for advertising purposes. Unless I transfer the rights to you as a client through a rights transferring document, the images are property of PJM photos. When I give you your high resolution images you have the printing rights to them only as they are and they are not to be altered without my permission.
