Sous Chef position with a strong culinary background.
Looking for a taste-driven creative mind and capable individual to join our team in Raleigh NC.
We are a craft driven and authentic group of kitchens. This particular candidate would need to be able to work alongside the Executive Chef to help manage 3 concepts in 1 building, as well as overseeing the catering arm of our company.
This position would require you to work with other management and ownership to develop and implement new menus. You would also work on improving current restaurant menus, catering menus, prep manuals, recipe books, schedules, and all kitchen systems.
You need to be able to help recruit, hire, and train “on-trend”, skilled kitchen staff. We are looking for someone that is familiar with small to medium corporate structure, but that also has experience in Chef-driven, culinary-forward, and craft driven food/beverage establishments.
Bonuses will be based on profitability to include inventory cost control, labor cost control, and revenue growth.

Job Duties:
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
