Let’s talk process! Some people wonder why turn around time on cups is 4 weeks at times! I’ll explain why here!!
A tumbler takes a good 7 days to do (and that’s IF you don’t work a full time job or have kids or have multiple other orders 🤪)!
All tumblers must be prepped right! Cleaned, spray painted etc before any glitter is applied! THEN you have to wait a few hours (which by then it’s bed time!) to put the first layer of epoxy on!
Epoxy dry time is 8-10 hours! Then another coat to be sure it’s smooth before a decal!
Once the decal is on, yet again you have to WAIT! I try to wait 3 hours before applying epoxy again! Apply it 2 more times, then BAM! You have a cup, AFTER a good 2-3 days of drying to let it cure!!
I don’t only do cups, I do many other things too so I only have the space to do 5 at a time! So when my load gets to about 15 cups it can take 4-6 weeks! So always plan your orders accordingly!
