PSA!!!!!! Long post!!!!
A few reminders for Theluxeexperiencenc when booking:
1. Deposit is what holds your Date. We do not under any circumstances hold a date without a deposit . We don’t like to disappoint clients when dates are no longer available , so we strongly encourage clients if you know you want the Venue to please secure your date!
2. We do allow outside Vendors EXCEPT for Bar. You are required to obtain a one day ABC permit with the ABC commission to serve alcohol at an open Bar. You are required to utilize our Bartending staff with A1 Drinks who are certified and insured. You are welcome to have outside catering, DJ’s, 360 photobooth, small bounce house, etc. We are happy to accommodate with Vendors as much as we can and have our preferred Vendor list as well 😊 as always if you have a question on what is allowed or not allowed we are here to answer those questions .
3. You are required to sign a contract and pay deposit within 24 hours of being sent. We can’t stress enough to please read each clause on contract that you have to initial and sign to ensure no confusion. Please take the time to read what you are agreeing and signing. After 24 hours both will cancel and date is available to other potential clients.
4. We require a refundable damage deposit or one day event insurance for all events . This is to cover all damages, time overage, and any other issues for both parties .
5. You can reserve a morning slot, evening slot, or an all day rental.
6. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH IT IS NEVER TO EARLY TO PLAN! WE ARE BOOKED THROUGH DECEMEBER 2024 PLEASE RESERVE YOUR VENUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Give your self time to book other Vendors have a shell to give them to go with your vision, and give yourself time to pay everyone so that you can enjoy your event when the time comes.
7. Planning an event is a lot of work. The time, labor, and resources it takes a lot effort. I encourage all clients to hire vendors or an event planner. I’ve seen many come in and think that an hour is enough to set up an event or don’t realize it takes about an hour alone to set up tables and chairs. Get you a strong team that will help with set up and break down or we can suggest great vendors to assist . This is a special day for everyone and you want to be able to enjoy your event and not have to work before, during, and after!
We are three years into the event Venue space and have learned , made mistakes, and met great people who have helped us to perfect our craft /gift 🙏 😍
