A few months ago, I met with the amazing team at Riley Contracting Group to discuss how my services could help bring this event to life, and the results were fantastic.

By taking charge of registration, follow-ups, and food and beverage coordination with the country club, along with assisting with marketing materials and donation requests, I saved the team a significant amount of time and ensured everything ran smoothly. This event was particularly meaningful as it honored Mike Riley and included fundraising efforts to support GiGi's Playhouse!

We used Riley for day-of coordinating services, but we also booked planning sessions with Riley. She was so incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire wedding planning process. I had the pleasure of working with NeuroFiT Connections to plan and execute their Grand Opening Celebration that took place last week!

To begin this process, Dr. Tim and I met at the new office to align on his event goals and gather essential details. From there, I began collaborating with his marketing team for marketing materials, sending out invitations, and boosting the event’s presence on social media. On the big day, I arrived fully prepared with everything I needed for the event, ensuring Dr. Tim and Jackie only needed to show up and shine—without the stress of logistics.
