Stationery love 🤍
A few tips for filming stationery:
Camera movement! Stationery is stationairy (see what I did there?) so to create interest, move your camera! Another way to create movement is with light and shadows. Find a rustling branch or move in/our of shadows.
Set up. Typically the photographer will set up the stationery during details time. Snag a shot after they're done! If their set up isn't working for you, feel free to rearrange after they're done. Create depth by raising different elements of the stationery. Grab riser blocks off amazon or use whatever is around to give it a little boost.
Jewelry/glass. Put things that twinkle in the twinkly light! Let the sun hit glass and jewelry to make it sparkle and pop.
