Like so many, we have been heartbroken by the devastating impact Hurricane Helene has had on the people, businesses, and communities of Western North Carolina. We know the need is great and vast so we have taken the past week to connect with those working on the ground in WNC to identify how we can best help those who have been impacted.

When brainstorming ways we could help raise funds and in true events industry fashion, we’ve decided to host an event to support our neighbors in need. We invite you to join us for a fully donated, family-friendly fall festival, on October 24th from 4-9pm at The Merrimon-Wynne House for an evening dedicated to raising as many funds as possible to immediately support our neighbors in WNC.

The Merrimon-Wynne House is commiting to matching the first $10,000 raised from our fall festival to support essential needs in these small, hard-hit communities. Join us as we rally the Raleigh community to match—and hopefully surpass—our $10,000 commitment. With your support, we can amplify our efforts, double our impact and make a lasting difference.

100% of every single dollar raised will go directly to purchasing critical supplies for families in the most dire need.
