We are now just over 2 months away from the Trilogy Swing 2024 event weekend!

Here are a few ..... Reminders, Updates, News and Announcements:

1) The Pre-Sale Registration Pricing is scheduled to end this Friday (July 5th) - save a few dollars and pre-register before the price increases.

2) Our Add-On Sessions this year feature Robert Royston and Jennifer DeLuca. Check out the "Workshops and Special Sessions" section of the Trilogy Swing website for complete details.

We are now 3 months away from the Trilogy Swing 2024 event weekend - and ........ pre-registrations are tracking slightly ahead of last year when we had right at 1000 attendees form across the country and beyond!
So, without any further ado, fancy videos or imagery .... here are just a few reminders and announcements:

1) The Pre-Sale Pass Pricing is scheduled to end on July 5th.
Save some money and register early!

2) We have a couple of Add-On Sessions planned for this year - details are just about finalized and we will be releasing information and opening registration for these soon!

3) We are working on some new workshop concepts for this year - plans are to offer some "Level-Focused Workshops" where we will be pairing up some of our Legends Staff with "up & coming" All-Stars!
There will not be any additional cost for these workshops ....... details coming soon!

4) Tables are Going Fast!!!
If you are interested in organizing a table for your Community, Studio, or just a group of friends to save a few dollars per weekend pass ........ Contact Rick ASAP!!!

5) We have already expanded our Room Block, and have pretty much the entire hotel blocked off for Trilogy attendees.
We fully expect the hotel to SELL OUT, and are working to set-up blocks of rooms at overflow hotels nearby (as we did last year).

Trilogy Swing 2023 - Now Less Than Three (3) Weeks Away!
We have so much planned for you again this year!

Some updates and information about the event hotel, on-site food options, and a few other important reminders .......

Amenities at the Hilton include:

• A complimentary shuttle to/from the RDU airport ..... and, for our event weekend ... it will also be available to provide service to/from the Hampton Inn and Courtyard overflow hotels!

• An indoor pool & whirlpool and on-site fitness center

• A buffet for breakfast, lunch & dinner (as well as menu options for their on-site restaurant)! ...... Note: we have a LIMITED number of discounted buffet vouchers (good for breakfast or lunch) now available for pre-purchase on the event registration site (under the "Merchandise" tab).

And, to satisfy your late-night food cravings …. We are excited to announce that La Republica Food Truck will be returning on Friday and Saturday nights!

Two updates - trying to keep it brief ......

1) We are continuing to work with the Hilton to get more rooms added to our event block, but the hotel is literally pretty much SOLD OUT for Friday and Saturday nights of the event weekend.

However, in doing our best to accommodate everyone who is looking to be here this year .... we have been able to set up blocks of rooms at two overflow hotels (both less than 1/2 mile from the Hilton).

- include which Legends will be teaching the various "Leveled Learning w/ the Legends as well as the other Add-On / Intensive Sessions
- to include a couple of adjustments to the Saturday night activities and when the Grow Your Dance Session for the Newcomers will now be held. (Note: These adjustments are being made based on pre-registrations and projections for Pro/Am and Rising Star Routines in efforts to ensure that the Trio Staff Show and social dancing are not delayed on Saturday night).

2) We have some great Add-On Sessions this year featuring many of our Legends! Complete details can be found on our website (trilogywcs.com), with the highlights being:
- Thursday from 4 - 7 pm: Robert Royston will be joined by Dawn Blorstad Garrish as they cover concepts and material applicable to both Two-Step and WCS in this unique Intensive created just for Trilogy Swing!
- On Saturday from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm, John Festa & Patty Vo will be doing a session on "How to Dance to Blues Music".
- And, new this year, we are excited to be offering 5 "Leveled Learning w/The Legends" Sessions during the weekend as follows:

A few important reminders and updates:

* Tomorrow (May 31st) is the last day to take advantage of the Early Bird Pricing. The cost for weekend passes will increase on June 1st to the regular Pre-Registration price.

* Details for the Add-On Sessions have been finalized and the Website and Registration link will be updated with this information soon.
This includes the 5 90-minute Leveled Learning with the Legends Sessions; the Dancing to Blues Music Session; and the 3-Hour Intensive on Thursday from 4-7 pm by Robert Royston who will be joined by Dawn Garrish.

If you are returning for another day of dancing and:

1. You are wearing your previous day band, you do not have to test again.
2. If you removed your previous day band (even if you have it with you), you will need to test again to obtain the next day pass.

We are now just over 4 weeks away from the event weekend!

************** Hotel Room Block Status *****************
The discounted Event Hotel Room Block Rate officially closes in less than a week on August 15th - after that, we cannot control what the room rates will be at either the Main Event Hotel or the Overflow Hotel!
As of right now, the Sheraton is essentially SOLD OUT, but .... there are still rooms available at the Springhill Suites right across the parking lot from the event space!

Trilogy Swing 2022 - Hotel Room Block Update!!!

We are now seven (7) weeks from the start of the event weekend and we already have more hotel rooms booked then we have had in any previous year!!

There are limited rooms still available at the Sheraton (but, only King bed rooms on Friday and Saturday nights) ...... and these are going fast!

In fact, due to almost having SOLD OUT the main hotel, we have opened reservations for a discounted room block at our overflow hotel - the Springhill Suites RDU Airport/Research Triangle Park!

The Springhill Suites hotel is located directly across the parking lot from the event space in the main hotel (in fact, it is closer to the ballroom than some of the rooms in the main hotel - LOL)!

The website has been updated and now has hotel reservation links for both the main hotel as well as the overflow hotel.

In other news ......... weekend pass pre-registrations are also tracking ahead of every previous year and only a few tables are still unassigned for those who might be looking to coordinate a group/community table.
