Planning efforts and activity are ramping up for Charlotte WestieFest 2025 - now only 3 months way on the weekend of January 30th - February 3rd!!

IMPORTANT REMINDER!!!!!!

New for 2025 ......

* Both the Thursday Night Pre-Event Workshops and dance as well as the Sunday Night After-Party activities will now be held in the larger second (Lakeshore) ballroom!!! So - plan to arrive early and stay late to maximize your dance weekend.

The website has been updated with the draft schedule (also included in this post for quick reference) and we are actively working to finalize our 2025 Staff ....
but, the good news is that almost everyone that was here in 2024 is returning - along with a few new additions!

Sunday - Trilogy Swing 2024 is starting to wind down, but ..............

I'm reaching out to see if anyone who is heading might be available this afternoon to help out in getting some of our Pro Staff and Luminaries to the airport.

We have people who need to leave the hotel around the following times:
- 4:00 pm (2 people)
- 5:00 pm (2 people)
- 5:30 pm (2 people)
- 6:00 pm (3 people - could be split into multiple rides if needed)

We are now only 3 weeks away from Trilogy Swing 2024 - and being in the middle of 4 days of social dancing, learning opportunities, competitions and the always entertaining .... Legends Invitational and Staff Trios Shows!

The entire Event Team & Staff are working hard in preparation to welcome what is tracking to be close to 1000 dancers from near and far to North Carolina - and, over the next couple of weeks we will be posting details about all the things we have planned for this year.

We are now just over 2 months away from the Trilogy Swing 2024 event weekend!

Here are a few ..... Reminders, Updates, News and Announcements:

1) The Pre-Sale Registration Pricing is scheduled to end this Friday (July 5th) - save a few dollars and pre-register before the price increases.

2) Our Add-On Sessions this year feature Robert Royston and Jennifer DeLuca. Check out the "Workshops and Special Sessions" section of the Trilogy Swing website for complete details.

3) Our Secondary Ballroom activities continue to expand!
Once again this year, Trilogy will include:

We are now 3 months away from the Trilogy Swing 2024 event weekend - and ........ pre-registrations are tracking slightly ahead of last year when we had right at 1000 attendees form across the country and beyond!
So, without any further ado, fancy videos or imagery .... here are just a few reminders and announcements:

1) The Pre-Sale Pass Pricing is scheduled to end on July 5th.
Save some money and register early!

2) We have a couple of Add-On Sessions planned for this year - details are just about finalized and we will be releasing information and opening registration for these soon!

3) We are working on some new workshop concepts for this year - plans are to offer some "Level-Focused Workshops" where we will be pairing up some of our Legends Staff with "up & coming" All-Stars!
There will not be any additional cost for these workshops ....... details coming soon!

4) Tables are Going Fast!!!
If you are interested in organizing a table for your Community, Studio, or just a group of friends to save a few dollars per weekend pass ........ Contact Rick ASAP!!!

5) We have already expanded our Room Block, and have pretty much the entire hotel blocked off for Trilogy attendees.
We fully expect the hotel to SELL OUT, and are working to set-up blocks of rooms at overflow hotels nearby (as we did last year).
