I know many of you have questions about the upcoming Summit next week, and with my schedule being quite packed these next few days, I'll do my best to address the top 10 most asked questions in this post:

1. **Is there a host hotel?**
There isn't a designated host hotel. Everyone is responsible for booking their own accommodations. The venue is Raleighwood Studios, and there are several convenient hotels nearby.

2. **How far is Raleighwood Studios from RDU airport?**
The venue is about 16.2 miles from the airport, roughly a 19-minute drive in typical traffic conditions.

3. **Can I purchase a ticket at the door?**
Unfortunately, no tickets will be available at the door.

4. **When and where can I find the schedule?**
The schedule will be posted on our website on Monday, May 13th.

5. **I signed up for the Livestream. Will I receive a link?**
Yes, you will receive the Livestream link via email next week.

6. **How long will the Livestream be available, and is it downloadable?**
Those who have purchased the event will have continuous access to the Livestream.

7. **Will there be food served at the venue?**
No food will be served at the venue, but there are numerous dining options along nearby Lake Wheeler Road.

8. **What time will everything conclude on Saturday, May 18th?**
The finale concert will end at 4:30 PM.

9. **I registered for the Summit. Do I need proof of purchase?**
It’s a good idea to bring your receipt, but your name will be listed at the door along with your registration status.

10. **Will Eric Gales be performing at the Summit this year?**
Unfortunately, Eric Gales won't be performing this year due to a very full schedule. However, we are excited about the possibility of having him at the 2025 International Musician Summit.

Welcome to the International Musicians Summit 2024 - Important Accommodation Update:

For the 2024 summit, we're introducing a new approach to accommodations. Due to the current high rates in the hotel industry, we've decided it would be more beneficial for our attendees to independently book their hotels. This change allows you the flexibility to find options that best suit your preferences and budget, potentially at rates more favorable than what we could secure as a group.

We're also excited to announce that the summit will be held at a new venue in Raleigh, conveniently located just 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the vibrant downtown area. This ensures that no matter where you choose to stay, you'll be in close proximity to the event.

Moreover, the new venue will be exclusively ours for the full three days, fostering an intimate and immersive experience for all attendees.
