🚨 Hurricane Milton Update 🚨

It has come to our attention that airlines are starting to announce rescue flights in response to the hurricane. If you or anyone you know is in need of travel assistance, we strongly encourage you to call airlines directly regarding these rescue flights.

Our team at First Class Event Services is working around the clock, 24/7, to offer free travel services to help schedule flights or other travel departing from Florida due to the hurricane. Please share this information to help those in need of assistance.

This hurricane is projected to be catastrophic, and we’re already setting up plans to help in the recovery. To those in the path of the storm, please stay safe and make sure to let your loved ones know you’re okay.

Hurricane Milton Update:
Temporary Closures for Tampa & Orlando Locations

Due to the potential impact of Hurricane Milton, we are closely monitoring the situation to ensure the safety of our team and clients. As a precaution, all Tampa and Orlando locations will be closed for the next two weeks.

During this time, any scheduled events and meetings are being postponed or canceled. This decision allows our Florida team members the necessary time to prepare, evacuate, and focus on their safety without concerns about work.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate these challenging circumstances together. Stay safe, and we will provide further updates as needed.

This October, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we are proudly donating 30% of every booking to support breast cancer research and patient care. Additionally, our teams will be actively participating in breast cancer events across all our locations throughout the month, with a goal to raise $10,000 for SurvivingBreastCancer.org

Due to Hurricane Helene and the safety of our Team Members and clients, we have decided to cancel ALL EVENTS in Georgia and Florida for this weekend and next. We’ve also discontinued accepting new First Class Travel Service requests until October 1st, 2024.

Our team has communicated these cancellations via emails and phone calls. If you haven’t received one, please keep an eye out for an email and reach out to our Leadership or Planning Team if needed. Please be patient as we currently only have two Team Members working around the clock, remotely, to ensure the safety of everyone involved in those regions.

The safety of our Team Members and our clients is our highest priority, and we believe no event is worth risking anyone’s safety.

Thank you for your understanding during this time. We look forward to resuming normal operations in October. Stay safe!

Due to Hurricane Helene, we're suspending all First Class Travel Services until October 1st, 2024. Our teams in Orlando, Tampa, and Atlanta are closely monitoring the situation to ensure the safety of our clients. During this time, we won't be accepting new travel requests to allow our team to manage any disruptions.

What an unforgettable adventure it was to celebrate with Mr. & Mrs. Gomez! After kicking off our Thursday with an event in Raleigh, we flew into Detroit to pick up equipment and then drove 6 hours to Rochester just to be there for this beautiful couple, and let me tell you, it was the best time we’ve had in a long time! We’d do it all over again any day! We had so much fun celebrating with them and their amazing guests. It was truly one of the best weddings we’ve ever been a part of in a while! Thank you, Mr. & Mrs. Gomez, for letting us share in your special day. Here’s to a lifetime of love and happiness! 💍💕
