I’m still recovering from the party last night at with Zion and Jodie Heaven! They had a beautiful ceremony under the tree, and after an evening of connecting with their friends and family from all over the globe from Hawaii to South Africa, they went ballistic on the dance floor!!!

Then, they made an amazing memory with a first - the first water fight exit I’ve ever seen!

That’s a wrap for five years of fun and partying at Walnut Hill! So much natural beauty in one place, and a whole host of amazing and fun memories. I have to say thank you to Amanda and Scott for trusting me to be there as many times as I did, and for always being so kind and loving. Thank you also to Linda, who was a very sweet venue host and who humored my goofiness in the loft each night. I wish you all nothing but happiness and joy in your next chapter!

I love big, goofy grins. Large “we’re getting ice cream on the way home” “Mom got the good cereal” “I got the Ghostbusters proton pack for Christmas” grins.

A special feature of being at for a wedding is that I get a special vantage point for the ceremony. There, I got to see Bryce’s big, goofy grin as he saw Taylor emerge for the first time in her white dress.

I felt so lucky. I still do; it will never get old having the honor of witnessing the joy of seeing a couple take their next step together.

Oh yeah, and then they danced a lot!
