It’s been a busy week! Friday evening I worked with a team to create a banquet for a private school function. Saturday I had a wedding event and a gala for our local community college drama department. I was able to prepare all the food for the Saturday events, with the help of my talented husband. He and I took the wedding food and our daughter and granddaughter set up the grazing table. What fun!

This was the appetizer stop at a progressive dinner hosted for the teens in our church. So fun to have these kids in our home. Three of our grandchildren were there. When I was asked to host this part of the dinner, our granddaughter told our daughter to tell “Noni to make one of those trays where she works her magic and it comes out beautifully “! 😂😂😂 I don’t know about that but it was so fun!

I feel that I owe my followers an apology for disappearing from my page for so long. Life happens and I haven’t kept up with my marketing or posts. I am, however, available for all of your charcuterie needs. I have an event coming up in the spring at the gorgeous Booth Hotel in Independence, KS. I am looking forward to that. This box went out yesterday. I loved making it! Fresh garden tomatoes, basil from my herb garden, maple syrup glazed bacon, were some of the highlights of this box.

I did a salsa bar for our daughter’s college graduation reception and was pleased with the outcome. Nothing formal, but fun and the guests seemed to enjoy it.

In April, Independence Community College celebrated Moon Glow in honor of William Inge at the beautiful Booth Hotel in Independence, Kansas. I was asked to provide a grazing table. I joined the trend and added a butter board to the selections. I’m in love with butter boards!
