Fall supper Club has arrived
We have been waiting for our weather to soften and bring our supper club back
We couldn’t be more proud of this menu:
1st course: cheese ravioli with a pumpkin cream sauce, toasted hazelnuts, crispy sage.
2nd course: seared scallops with a smoky butternut squash puree, chili garlic crisp and local micro greens.
3rd course: NY strip with potato puree, roasted yellow wax beans and pink peppercorn sauce.
Dessert: fall crumble with vanilla bean ice cream and mint.
