I loved watching the Netflix Avatar!! The first minute of the first episode had me hooked. I hope they keep going and do the whole series. So I had to print the Blue Spirit mask from . I only had blue translucent filament, so you can see the infill but this is model has wood grain texture. Also with no AMS, I couldn't do the non separated parts white like the eyes, eyebrows, nose and cheek. Physical kits are up now in the etsy store with a wood textured version and a smooth one as well, link in bio.

So the turtle tikis were a failure, so I decided to try black panther this time. I like the way it came out but I want to refine it more so it forms evenly and I don't get the holes.

So the cardboard was tricky. Didn't get a good seal with the hot glue and lost quite a bit of silicone.

The mold I made out of cardboard and hot glue. It was a bit tricky, so I hope the silicone stays in, let's see.

Per Boot Print time: 12 hours 1 min

Total Print time: 24 hours 2 mins

Filament used: 230 grams

Total filament used: 460 grams

Per Boot Top Print time: 6 hours 

Total Print time: 12 hours 

Filament used: 93 grams

Overall Filament used: 646

Overall print time: 36 hrs 2mins

I don't know about anyone else, but the waste is so real! Going to be looking into ways to re-purpose all this filament....

Ronin lightsaber scabbard finally printed. Now, for the fun part, sanding 😪.

Taking advantage of anniversary sale using their black PLA+. This will be the primary filament I'm using for my next build (more to come on that later).

I love my youngest but . . . we're going to fight!! He will fight me for my helmets and destroyed a few. Now I go and build his own personal black version, and he puts it on for a SECOND!!!
