A whole lot of love & way too much fun 🤍🥂

We’re often asked where the best place to take photos is on the property! What most don’t know is Pine Haven is located on 19 acres of Black Hills National Forest and densely covered in pine trees just past our cabins. This is a great, quick-to-walk photo location. Another great option is the C**n Hollow Trail (first picture). It’s about a two minute drive down Highway 16 and has tons of parking for the whole bridal party! Both options are gorgeous, no matter the season.

Afternoon/Evening Update:

🔴 The is estimated at 22 acres and is now 50% contained.

🔴 Firefighters made up of handcrews and working on engines continue to work directly along the fire perimeter to secure the edge. Safety hazards to firefighters include steep and rocky terrain, hazard trees/snags, and traffic on Highway 16. The public is asked to slow down when driving through the area but please do NOT stop along the highway.

🔴 Aircraft successfully assisted firefighters on the ground which included: an Air Attack platform, 2 Single Engine Air Tankers (SEATs), 1 Type 3 Helicopter, 1 Type 1 Helicopter, and 2 Very Large Air Tankers (VLATs).
