I never thought this was something I wanted to offer for our wedding films, but after finding an old super 8 camera at a flea market in Germany (fun story!) I decided to test it out on a few weddings this summer and was surprised and how much fun it was and how exciting it is to receive the film back and watch it!

In order to keep the surprise he asked if we could go pick up the cake and make sure it was hidden leading up to the surprise! We even set up and decorated a little table for them to enjoy their cake at :)

Sneak Peak into Corbin & Carousel’s beautiful elopement day!
We had the most fantastic weather for the middle of February in the Badlands & Black Hills. As you can see from this teaser, it was a full day packed with fun and excitement!
We started early in the morning with the couple getting ready and writing their vows before heading out to the Badlands to hike around! Corbin & Carousel had a meaningful foot washing ceremony before we headed back to Rapid City for lunch at their favorite restaurant, Texas Roadhouse! (Footage from that experience coming soon, haha!)
We then headed out in the hills to Sylvan Lake to get some epic drone shots and read their vows to one another. Corbin surprised Carousel with a cake from her favorite place - Nothing Bundt Cakes.
Finally we ended the evening with stoping in downtown Raid City - where these two first met to get some epic night shots on photo and video.
