This year definitely showed me a lot , next year is the bounce back they doubted I was capable of ! This is for me and mine a version I haven’t even seen as they speak of the old me they won’t appreciate what I had to go thru to grow thru ! But I appreciate every lesson next year I’m taking everything I deserve that they tried stopping me from building ! I’m here for a reason and next year will be the year it becomes clear! I’ve lost everything and lost people I consider family that won’t even answer but acted like I was someone they believed in when they just believed in what I did for them . Lesson learned I care hard doesn’t mean others are the same ! But next year I’m only putting me and my loved ones first ! It’s over due! Those others accomplishments and goals I made true they laughed at me for dreaming ment nothing compared to the ones that will be accomplished next year ! It’s time 🙏🏼

Man. It’s these conversations that I know I have a purpose ! I appreciate you guys 🙏🏼🙏🏼 never be scared to be different , talk your s**t , but always back it up ! My s**t always stands out and sells ! May sound crazy but take a bite and check the numbers after ain’t a single thing that hasn’t sold I’ve created . And nah I didn’t copy anyone’s recipe or go on google to do it it’s all from my head . When your not afraid to test the normal all you gotta do id get one person to try it and it’s just like monkey see monkey do ! They see how happy that one person was about it now they wanna try it ! I’m an as***le sometimes and a depressed f**k a lot of the time haha but put me in any kitchen and you see the dawg in me and the difference between me and that do*****ag chef that probably took someone else’s recipes is I’ll gladly show you my recipes I won’t give you measurements but I like spreading knowledge and getting people excited about cooking ! And when that cook becomes a dawg as well that’s what it’s all about ! A lot of places can’t handle me bc I’m not scared to lose a job or make ppl hate me . I know I got something different in me than most . I’m my biggest critic ain’t nothing you can say I haven’t already said to myself . When you are breaking the normal it’s never easy ! Always stand up for you vision and stand out ! The rest will come 🙏🏼 but you sheep can keep taking credit for others work . I can stand tall even when I’m in my dark moments bc I know I didn’t have to get my success of others i did this all myself not bc I’m the best or better than anyone
Bc this is my passion and I put my heart into everything I do . Lead with your heart the road might be rough but it always pays off even if I just influenced someone to not be scared to jump for that new challenge. I’m here to be different and make a difference. Y’all have only see the beginning I have so many different plans and ideas I haven’t even shown my full potential. Just wait there more 😏💪🏼

Dec 12 or 10th still waiting to confirm it but I believe will be the date , and we will be going to a winery my buddy has in little Italy for a cooking demonstration and introducing to our cooking classes we will be holding monthly , they will be helping sponsor it with a bottle of a wine that I will be coming up with something to make with it and promote as we talk about it and talk about the dish we will be making , which will be homemade bread , homemade ravioli and homemade pasta sauce depending on what we put in the raviolis ! It will be the first one so I would love everyone to make an effort to come out and just relax drink and learn a little about classic skills that get over looked these days in a world where we don’t know what food is real and not .
