Mustard's Last Stand is taking orders for our delicious maple brined Smoked Turkeys. Orders have already been coming in, so get yours ordered early. They keep saying on the news that the supply of Turkeys may be short, I have several dozen on hand, but don't wait too long. Send me a message or call to get yours ordered.

Tomorrow (Thursday), we will have Mustards Last Stand in Ceresco for their city Food Truck Day. Each Thursday a different company sets up in the park, tomorrow is our turn. We will have our Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich with our Smokehouse Beans and chips, our Supreme Smoked Pork Nachos and our Smoked Chicken Wings. We will be serving from 5:00 - 8:00. We will be accepting cash and cards. Looking forward to serving and seeing you!

Saturday is the big craftshow at Pine Creek Farms, just south of 14th and Waverly Road, it runs from 10 to 5. We will have a booth for Mustards Last Stand offering Smoked Pulled Pork sandwiches, Smoked Wings, Smoked Beans and a new addition this year will be our very popular Super Nachos made with our Pulled Pork. Come hungry!

Not only can you get our Sweet Smoked Ribs this evening at the Wetlands Bar in Rising City, you can also listen to LIVE Polka Music from 3:00 to 6:00. FREE! They will start serving the Ribs from Mustards Last Stand at 5:00, Ribs are not free but we'll worth the price. See you there!

Smoke is thick at Mustards Last Stand, 1 smoker is full of racks of Pork Ribs, another full of Beef Brisket, and 2 are full of Chicken Wings, and later will have Chicken Legs and Thighs. That's Rick our Pit Master trying to see with the smoke in his eyes. Man it smells good here.

Today is Wings and Ribs smoking day. Rick got a few pictures of me seasoning the Wings with our 17 secret herbs and spices. 18 dozen Wings, 9 dozen hot and 9 dozen original. And we have 18 Racks of Ribs already slow smoking in another smoker. If that's making you hungry, give us call!

We have a few Smoked Turkeys available, we made a few extra because every year someone calls & says they ment to order one, but forgot. $35 makes your Thanksgiving a lot easier with one of our delicious brined, seasoned and smoked turkey. For breakfast we will serving Sausage/Biscuit & Egg & Bacon/Biscuit & Egg Sandwiches & Sausage Gravy over Biscuits. Another busy day at Mustards Last Stand. We're smoking 9 racks of ribs, 36 pounds pork butts for pulled pork, 3 gallons of our famous baked beans & 18 dozen chicken wings. The wings are in 2 other smokers.

We are having an awesome week this week at Mustards Last Stand. Orders are flying in. We have orders for Burnt Ends (made from beef brisket), pulled pork, our super popular smoked beens & 500, yes, 500 smoked wings. Plus a few more items. Now just might be a good time to get your order in while the smokers are hot!

1 pound potato salad

$18.00 +tax
Perfect for several lunches at work or for a small family. If you want, you can double the order for $36.00 or add another pound of pork for $9.00
Pick up from Rick or myself, delivery is available for a fee.
The pork is seasoned for a day before it's smoked, the beans are also seasoned & have smoked pork & onions and are very tasty.

Here's a picture of a chili-cheese dog we made for one our customers. FYI, this is a 9 inch, 1/4 pound, all beef, gluten free hotdog! He loved it & took another to go!

We have smoke!! Inside the smoker is a bunch of pork shoulders that we will turn into delicious smoked pulled pork for our customers. Also some our famous Cowboy beans!
