Guests enjoyed our delicious Waldorf Salad, Roasted Turkey, Dressing, Baked Ham with Pineapple, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Sweet Potato Soufflé, Green Bean Almondine and Buttered Corn. Dessert was Wedding cake, along with Apple & Pumpkin Pie!

Cass Regional Medical Center's Employee Holiday luncheon consisted of Beef Brisket, Chicken Supreme, Parslied, Buttered New Potatoes and Seasoned Green Beans. Dessert was a choice between Brownies, Pumpkin, Apple Spice or Strawberry Cheesecake bars. Thank you, CRMC; it was our pleasure to serve you!

Employees were served a Fresh Garden Salad, Waldorf Salad, Roasted Turkey, Dressing, Baked Ham with Pineapple sauce, Mashed potatoes and Gravy, Sweet Potato Soufflé and Buttered Corn. Dessert was your choice of Apple or Pumpkin pie.

Our delightful basil cream sauce tops off this popular Italian entree!
