People often overlook these key aspects when planning a party. Here are 5 mistakes that we see clients make when planning their event.

*1. Underestimating the cost to host an event. Budget should include but not limited (venue, decorations, food, hair, makeup, outfit, entertainment, party favors, cake, desserts etc) *2. Not hiring a professional for your event needs such a Decorator, Planner, Balloon Artist etc
*3. Neglecting to designate specific roles or tasks for helpers.
*4. Underestimating the
time needed for setup and cleanup. Setup time recommended is 2-4hrs prior to event start time. Breakdown time 30 min-2hr.
*5. Remaining calm the day of your event.

Understanding life happens and your guests will cancel on you last minute and the day might not go as planned. Either way DO NOT let that dictate your mood. Enjoy your event!!!
