ATTENTION ALL FARMERS, RANCHERS, LAND OWNERS:

I was listening to The Glenn Beck Program today, and on the 8/21/24 episode—

— a very important topic was discussed that I’m sure most of us have not heard of!

The 30 x 30 program is a plan advanced by radical environmental activists to permanently protect 30% of America’s land and oceans by 2030. The program is being advanced by the Biden Administration through Executive Order 14008, “Tackling the Climate Crisis at Home and Abroad” (86 Fed. Reg. 7,619), signed January 27, 2021.

Proponents argue that climate impacts are human-caused, and permanently preserving 30% of America’s land and oceans is necessary to reverse climate change. This action must be taken immediately, they claim, to avoid impacts on the ecosystem and wildlife. However, the science and data do not justify these extreme policy measures.

30 x 30 is an unconstitutional policy shift, moving us from a nation founded on private property principles to one controlled by the administrative state.

The issue is it can “take over” the operation of private land through “back door” ways, one being a landowner’s involvement in an NRCS contract.

I’m just beginning to learn about this topic, and I implore you to do your own research, as well.

Most landowners are excellent stewards of their land and practice varying levels of conservation on their own, without coercion or fear of eminent domain from the government.
PLEASE spread the word about this so we all can retain the rightful operation of private property.

This is so not good!! Likely lightening caused fire in timber ground, north of the Spokane River near Hwy. 231 and Corkscrew Canyon Rd. ( north of Ford, WA)
Quite a ways from us, but I have many friends in that area. And this area was nailed 3 years ago by a huge fire. Please pray for a fast dousing and safety for all involved in fighting this fire. 🙏

The battle is on!! Now there are MANY rodent holes in the watermelon patch and they’re chewing on the vines, as well as eating the fruits! They’re also tunneling in the adjacent onion patch.
I bought a dozen 2-packs of old-fashioned mouse traps yesterday, (they’re the easiest for my hands to set), and placed one at each hole.
Within 10 minutes, 2 had been caught!

SMOKE pouring from the oven into the main floor!!! Ugh!!! It wasn’t even that bad or “dirty” looking.

I’m loving these ears of ‘Glass Gem’ ornamental corn that I grew this summer. I will definitely plant even more next season!!

‘Target’ is loping in horse Heaven now, carefree and without pain. The sarcoma grew back with a vengeance, but she had an extra year with us after surgery to remove it last November.

She was a beautiful BLM Mustang that we adopted 17 1/2 years ago. She was from the Sand Springs area, near Vale, Oregon. She was a companion to ‘Blondie’ and all the other critters we’ve raised. She wasn’t able to get over her nervousness of being ridden.
She was a beautiful horse with such a smooth gait…I loved watching her run.

She will be missed so much. ❤️

Today is our youngest’s 21st birthday. I can hardly believe how fast the years have passed…..It seems like just yesterday I was taking you to your first gymnastics practices…..then on to gymnastics meets….then to 4-H meetings and livestock shows….then regional and national gymnastics championships, FFA events and livestock shows….
And here you are now—a collegiate Acro & Tumbling athlete, competing around the country and starting your Senior year at APU! We are very proud of the person you are, you completed our family in all the best ways, and we know that you will do well in whatever you set your mind to do.
