Shortly there after I graduated form Johnson and Wales University with a bachelors in Baking and Pastry Arts. I am a fourth generation baker, my great grandfather came from Italy to start the baking tradition. When he opened De Bari's Pastry in Hoboken, it was a landmark. Now I carry on the family tradition with skills and technique passed down from generations.
