FDM marketing was pleased and honored to be selected to execute a New York City pop-up store presented by chain drug review and Mass market retailer trade publications. Over the course of five days we sampled 7500 products 14 new and emerging brands to throngs of New Yorkers. The weather was perfect, it was Halloween weekend, the temperature was in the mid 70s and it was also NYC marathon weekend. Thanks to the amazing brand ambassadors who worked their tails off!

My Marketing Company (FDM Marketing, Inc) has a fun, part time project in the Orlando, Tampa Bay, Villages, Ocala and Gainesville areas of Florida beginning the 3rd week of March and lasting for 3 weeks. The program take place inside a busy southeastern supermarket chain.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Brand Ambassador’s (akin to a customer service rep/salesperson) in each of our 50+ store locations. The project is to help consumers locate and use the in-store coupon Kiosk that will help them save over $20.00 per shopping trip. We like College Students, but they better be responsible!!

The program is for 4 days a week for 3 weeks- Total 12 days. (Thursday- Sunday) between 9:45am- 2:00pm. We would require you to work all three weeks. We are also looking for a limited mount of fill-ins.


Successful Candidates will:
To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired. Knowledge of basic mobile apps and familiarity with both Android and iPhone is helpful.
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
• Familiarize yourself with our Store’s Loyalty Program and Coupon Kiosk.
• Work closely with regional managers to fully understand acquisition strategies and goals.
• Greet and educate customers on the functionality of the Coupon Kiosk by demonstrating how easy it is to receive special savings with each shopping trip.
• Monitor customer feedback and escalate complaints and recommendations to your Regional Manager.
• Arrive at your store at 9:45AM four days a week (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday) Work 10AM to 2PM from March 25 to April 11) Note: Easter Weekend you will work Wednesday thru Saturday.
• Each working day, you will report in and out as well as answer a few questions FDM Marketing’s reporting software APP.
• Always present a positive image of the store.
Brand Ambassador Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required if you have what it takes to assist people and help them save money.
• Prior experience in a customer service or recruitment/acquisition environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Maintain professionalism and always be on time for your shift.
• Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
• Working knowledge of how to download a mobile app and interact with a touch screen kiosk.
• Ability to work on your feet for four hours in a row.
• Ability to commute up to 25 miles one way.

Program pays $20.00 per hour, $80.00 per day. Paid weekly.
