Burger Nights will continue on Thursdays at our Cafe/Market in Red Hook until they resume again in the Spring at Rose Hill Farm!

While it seems like everyone has a burger on their menu these days, some chefs are getting more and more creative with their hamburgers. And we’re not talking about simply adding a couple strips of bacon, a few avocado slices, or a fried egg.

No Hot Dinner Special will be available tonight due to the Thanksgiving holiday week, so we will be closing at 6 PM. However, we have a variety of prepared items available for you to take home for dinner!

Thanksgiving Pre-Order Pickups are today from 12 PM to 6 PM. In addition, we have extra Turkey Day essentials in our shop, including turkey porchetta, house-made focaccia, mashed potatoes, poultry jus, cranberry mostarda, both regular and gluten-free house-made stuffing, bourbon pecan pies, and tahini apple tarts.

Due to its popularity, yesterday’s special - the Pre-Game Smoked Turkey Roulade Sandwich with Cranberry Mostarda, Stuffing, and Mornay Sauce on Pullman Bread - is making a return to today’s menu! (Swipe left to 🤤)

We regret to announce that tonight’s final burger night of the season at Rose Hill Farm has been cancelled because of the weather forecast. However, we will be serving burgers at our shop today from 11:30 AM to 6 PM. Enjoy grass-fed beef cheeseburgers, Misto’s house-made veggie burgers, salmon burgers, and crab cake burgers! You are welcome to dine in or place an order for take-out on your way to the Rose Hill Farm Taproom.

Join us this Sunday, November 10th at our shop, for our inaugural kitchen staff takeover featuring Francisco, who will be serving chicken and vegetarian tamales from 11:30 AM to 3 PM! Don’t miss this delicious opportunity, as supplies are limited.

While you may already know about the popular Mexican tamales, trying a Guatemalan tamal is a delightful experience! In Guatemala, tamales are a cherished traditional dish made from a corn-based dough called masa. These treats are typically filled with savory ingredients like pork and chicken, enhanced with recado, a flavorful tomato sauce. They are then wrapped in banana leaves or corn husks and steamed to perfection.

On the Menu:

We’re excited to share that our Friday night hot dinner specials are back, along with our recently introduced Wednesday night dinner specials! This Wednesday, we will be serving Caldo Verde, a yummy Portuguese stew featuring potatoes, chorizo, and kale, paired with crusty garlic bread. You can choose between single servings or family portions that serve four, available from 4 to 6 PM.

This Friday, we are thrilled to bring back Feijoada, Brazil’s cherished national dish! Savor a rich black bean stew with coppa steak, house-made sausage, and beef shank, served alongside rice and Brazilian Vinaigrette. The dinner special will be offered from 5 to 7 PM and is available only in individual portions. And we’ve got plenty of Guaraná, a Brazilian soda made from a fruit of the Amazon rainforest to go with!

It’s hard to believe that November is right around the corner! We will keep the Burger Nights going at Rose Hill Farm throughout the month, but our hours will be shortened after Daylight Savings Time ends. Halloween will feature a special Burger Night with a costume contest for both kids and pups starting at 3 PM behind the Taproom. 🎃💀👻👯🐶🐾

Additionally, we will continue our Saturday pop-ups at Rose Hill throughout November and into the winter. Plus, we’ll also be at Rose Hill on Monday, November 11, to celebrate Veteran’s Day.

Our Cafe/Market will be closed tomorrow, Friday, October 25th, due to a private event. Normal hours for today, with Burger Night at Rose Hill Farm running from 3 to 8 pm. Additionally, the Cafe/Market will be open as usual this Saturday and Sunday.

The month of October has been just a bit busy! We are thrilled about the progress we’ve achieved with the food truck and the store. We are beyond thankful to our staff and our loyal customers. We received feedback from someone who was disappointed that our store was closed today, even though Google indicated we were open. We sincerely apologize for the confusion. We are only human, striving to do our best as parents and business owners. Please check our website instead of Google. We post specials daily and info. about any changes to our store hours. Also we post all info on social media and in weekly newsletters. And put signs on all our doors. ❤️💤
