👹 Who’s Ready for Krampus? 👹

We’re thrilled to announce that Krampus will be making his appearance at Yule-Aissance: A Renaissance Faire Holiday Extravaganza! For those unfamiliar with the legend, Krampus is the mischievous holiday figure from Alpine folklore known for capturing naughty children and spreading a bit of playful fear during the festive season — the perfect counterbalance to jolly Father Christmas!

When we asked what you wanted to see at Yule-Aissance, there was a lot of interest in Krampus and Krampus-related activities. Well, we listened! As luck would have it, one of our long-time patrons has an amazing Krampus costume, and he’s excited to help bring the legend to life at our event.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

🎄 Photo Ops with Krampus — Will you be brave enough to pose with him?

🎭 Krampus Mask Making — Get crafty and create your very own Krampus mask, perfect for showing off during the parade.

🎉 Krampus Parade — Whether you’re young or young at heart, join us as our very own Krampus leads his mischievous procession through the faire.

Don’t miss out on this mischievous fun — Krampus will be lurking at Yule-Aissance, waiting to meet those naughty and nice!

Craft Vendor Booths start at $150.

Food Vendor Booths are $250 (only 4 food vendor spots available, excluding packaged goods).

Booth Fees must be paid to confirm your participation.

This application is for vendors and demo artisans.

The deadline to apply is November 14th—no late applications will be accepted.

This is from Beth, the head of our Decor committee:

The Montana Renaissance Festival Decor Committee extends our heartfelt thanks and gratitude for all the volunteers and vendors for their help at All Hallows Medieval Fantasy Faire.

So many volunteers came on Friday to help set up that the process went smoothly and efficiently. Vendor Seth Lee not only set up his booth but helped Capt'n Scurvy get the Salty Siren set up. For those who are confused, that is the pirate ship.

I wish I had taken pictures on Friday as the space looked amazing....until the wind storm hit.

A huge shout out to the vendors who then showed up at 5:15 am to start cleaning up the carnage from the wind storm and to get the security fence back in place to safe guard every vendor's booth and inventory.

Special thanks to Brock Kyle Ninker and Denise who left their smoker to help restore order and then provided a hot breakfast.

The volunteers and vendors on Sunday afternoon who helped take down everything despite having worked all weekend were a blessing untold. I was able to stay in the rec center to sort, inventory, and store all that fabric and signage.

Now for a well deserved rest and time to reflect on the wonderful group of rennies that are our volunteers and vendors. Much love to you all!

As the saying goes, all good things must come to an end, but we truly wish this year’s All Hallows Medieval Fantasy Faire could have lasted forever. What a weekend it was!

To our amazing attendees: Your enthusiasm and passion made the faire come alive in ways we could only dream of. Whether you showed up in full medieval garb or just came to enjoy the festivities, you were the heartbeat of the event. Thank you for being a part of the magic!

To our incredible performers: From epic battles to enchanting music and awe-inspiring shows, you transported us to another world. Your dedication, talent, and energy set the tone for an unforgettable experience, and we are grateful for every moment you gave us.

A special shout-out to our resilient vendors, who weathered the windstorm with unwavering spirit, offering rare and unique handcrafted wares that can’t be found anywhere else. Your creativity and determination helped make our marketplace one of a kind, and we are so grateful for all that you brought to the faire.
