12 years ago today I stepped away from my restaurant as the full-time chef and manager and started a new venture in Red Lodge, MT! I had been catering for over 20 years but decided to bring my talents to clients in the area and make the big move to Red Lodge permanent. A HUGE THANK YOU to all my future clients, my awesome repeating clients that I've had the pleasure of feeding throughout the years, and to all the staff that have helped me along the way!

Another trend we’ve seen are small, intimate week long wedding gatherings 🤍

We spent a week with these incredible clients cooking breakfast, lunch, and fun dinners so the family could relax and spend time just enjoying each other. What an experience with our favorite New York Italian-Irish family, one of the funnest jobs we’ve had, that hardly felt like a job at all…cooking for our new friends!

They had a spectacular and very intimate vow ceremony at their property, gave helicopter rides over the Beartooth’s before the reception, and what a kick-a** party afterwards!

Weddings have changed a lot over the years, from modest, cozy gatherings to lavish, extravagant parties. The simple ritual of the past has turned into a big event that requires a lot of preparation.

Lately, more and more people are choosing destination weddings on Sundays! A Sunday wedding in the afternoon with just a couple of friends and your closest family, followed by a small dinner, sounds like a relaxing and personal way to tie the knot.

I have been catering for weddings for over three decades, and this was the first time we did a Sunday wedding. We have done several since then, and they are always fun, intimate, and stress free.

This wedding we had Vegan/DF/GF options for the guests!
