Come up early on Friday for the fun!

The time has come… Join us this Friday, December 13th, as we officially open the new Copper Chair for the season! At 9:00 am, we’ll host a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Red River Ski Area Management and our partners at the Carson National Forest to open the chairlift to the public. Leading up to the ribbon-cutting, we’ll be playing music, offering free hot chocolate, and passing out custom stickers to skiers and snowboarders waiting to ride the new chairlift.

In addition to bragging rights, the first 30 guests to ride Copper Chair will be entered to win some incredible prizes! We will draw three winners from the first 30 guests. The first winner will receive a 25/26 Platinum Season Pass; the second winner will receive (2) 1 Day Lift Tickets for the 25/26 season, and the third winner will receive a bag of Red River Ski Area merch.

We are so excited to share this milestone with our guests who ski and snowboard with us here in Red River. Copper Chair will only be open to the midway unload at Downtown while we continue snowmaking to open from the Summit down as soon as possible. Think snow, and we'll see you out on the slopes!
