It was such an honor catering the sponsors VIP dinner at the concert at last night. We did it up right with a New Orleans style feast featuring bacon wrapped shrimp with a maple bourbon glaze, hush puppies, Jambalaya, Cajun street corn and bourbon bananas flambé…it was delectable to say the least. More photos to come from this spectacular night!

Today’s event was beautiful chaos…the sky opened and clouds wept…We adapted, shifted our timelines, moved service areas, and ended up with a later feast than expected as well. Thankfully the rain stopped and the moon lit a stunning and successful dinner. We were met with rave reviews..Within that chaos I didn’t get a chance to take any photos of our unbelievable feast except this late evening snapshot of our picked through appetizer spread…still beautiful..🩶🌧️🌩️💍Congratulations to the wonderful people I had the joy of feeding!
