Scouting the Sacramento Chocolate Salon was a delight for the California Chocolate Expo team. From exquisite bean-to-bar creations to divine truffles, bonbons, brigadeiro, caramels, toffee, and fudge – it was a sweet paradise! Not to forget the delightful brownies that even got the baby's approval – if only he could place an order! 🍼
This quaint event had a mouthwatering array, featuring not only chocolates, but also complementary delights like jerky, jam, seasonings, and tea. We loved having palate cleansers at the event and intend on replicating that at our own expo.
