We were having way too much fun prepping for our Rotary talk on Thursday!
What started out as a working relationship has deepened into a cherished friendship!
When looking to assemble the perfect team here are a few tips to help you get started.
1. ALIGNMENT
Take an assessment of your strengths and your weaknesses. Then look for people to fill in the gaps with the qualities that compliment yours.
As the program manager, she works in her zone of genius so I can work in mine!
2. COMMUNICATION
Whether it’s good, bad, or indifferent, ideas and opinions should shared openly and freely to and from anyone on your team.
3. TRUST
Mistakes will be made by everyone, but having the freedom to work without being micro-managed is the key to growth & trust-especially in the startup stages!

Our 18 years in non-profit administration, program development & grant management, combined with over 10 years of bookkeeping gives us the unique ability to help small business owners and entrepreneurs identify where it is they want to grow and how to use their strengths to get there.
