Hi all :)
Many of you may know that due to my foraging last year I ended up in A&E with a rather insane allergic reaction to what we're not entirely sure , but think it may have been spores in the moss I was raking off walls with my bare oops hands.
It resulted in a reaction (nice lip job!) that the doctor in casualty said if I had again would result in anaphylaxis (fun!) so have been banned by family doing wreaths this year.
I have however got a little idea for a nice eve for those interested, in my home. I can supply wreath bases and moss (bought clean online) and greenery and wire and a demo of how to put together.
You bring...yourselves , a donation for charity (yet to be chosen) and a bottle of something you'd like to drink, plus any decorations you would like to add to your personalised wreath. I do have some left from last year, but probably not enough.
Places will be limited because of space and wreath bases to no more than 12.

Just over nine weeks to Christmas! How did that happen?!
I'm putting feelers out to see who might be interested in a wreath workshop? I would do all the hard work of preparation and provide the materials (greenery, wires, ribbons, lights etc!) and you get the pleasure of designing and making your own wreath!
We will have bubbly and nibbles and maybe some mulled wine for that festive feeling and the ticket price would be £20 -£25 dependant on size of your wreath.

Getting ready for tomorrows mini Christmas fayre at St Luke's church, Norland, West Yorkshire. Come along to see the wreaths for yourself and get yours ordered for the few dates I have left. Whilst you're there have a bun and drink and order or buy some lovely Neal's Yard goodies and let the little ones do some Christmas crafts!

I have ordered a number of 16" wreath bases so if you want a really large luxurious wreath these will definitely do the trick!! Add five pounds extra to standard sized (12") price :)
