Circle Your Date Not only do we provide full wedding planning service, but also a pleasant wedding planning experienc Each wedding is very different and unique in it's own way.

The fee varies based on wedding, guest count, set-up, etc. Every couple is done on an individual basis but all couples will receive the following from Circle Your Date:

- Complimentary consultation: I never understood coordinators who decide to charge clients for just wanting to get a feel of their potential coordinator. This complimentary consultation is to see if both you and your fiancé are

comfortable with me as your coordinator.

- Confirmation of all vendors week prior and night prior to event: I always like to double and triple check with vendors when it comes to your big day. No sense in just checking in once.

- Site walk through before event: I like to do a site walk through to make sure we are all on the same page about the look, feel and theme of your wedding.

- Timeline meeting: This gives us time to work out all the kinks such as: who will give speeches first? When would you like to have your first dance? How will you walk in? etc. This is a very important meeting and time is unlimited when it comes to your timeline meeting. This timeline is the key piece for myself and your vendors to make sure your day runs smoothly.

- Oversee all vendors and deliveries at ceremony and reception site: I am the go-to for your vendors. This way they can come to me with any questions, comments or concerns and leave you to enjoy your big day.

- Theme, style, color suggestions: Not sure what colors you want to go with but have a style in mind? We can work on that together.

- Unlimited vendor referrals: I like to get a sense of what your style is and what you have in mind for your wedding day. Are you the silly type? The romantic type? I have a list of vendors for each category and I know we can find someone that will be just right for you and your fiancé.

- Unlimited access to coordinator via phone or email: If you need to call me, email me, fax me, whatever the case may be, I am always available. I'm not a fan of limiting my brides to only 3 meetings; it just doesn't make sense to me. I am in it with you for the long haul. Have a quick question, just give me a call. Discounts:

Here's a special hack for your rsvps - NUMBER THEM! A lot of people forget to put their name on the rsvp and just send back the card with their meal selection. 🍽️⁠

Before sending out the card, put a small number on the corner of the rsvp. 💌 When it comes back, you'll know EXACTLY who sent it and won't be frustrated when you have random rsvps with no name or information. Save yourself the headache 😉⁠

Our vendor spotlight for this week is one of our FAVORITE DJ’s with Last Dance Entertainment ✨

James is by far one of the most top notch DJs I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He’s hilarious and keeps the dance floor packed 💃🏽 He’s not like every other DJ, oh no! He does a surprise roast of your bridal party - seriously, it’s the most hilarious thing ever!😂🤭

📚🌟 Sunday Storytime 🌟📚

Meet Lindsey, our very own lead wedding coordinator, and her husband Branden! We go back to January of 2012 when this beautiful couple met:

“A girlfriend of mine called me and asked if I wanted to have a girls weekend. I, of course, said yes and came down just as I finished my shift as a server at a Mexican restaurant. When I got to her house, all I wanted was a glass of wine but to my surprise she said, “hey there’s someone I want you to meet.” Didn’t even warn me to dress cute or change clothes or ANYTHING! That night I met Branden and we partnered up and played several games of beer pong (I was still in college - don’t judge me haha). We’ve been together ever since!”

Who would have known a girls night would have been the start of their life together. The two now have 2 beautiful boys Ty and Max! 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 They’ve been happily married for 4 years - wishing them many more years of a loving marriage 🥰

✨ Venue Spotlight: The Mitten Building ✨

The Mitten Building in Redlands, CA is such a beautiful venue with amazing staff and awesome food! With it's beautiful brick exterior and dark wood interior - this venue is just STUNNING! 😍

The Mitten can accommodate over 150 guests with their upper and lower levels. This venue is a great option for those rainy and/or colder months as they can host the ceremony indoors. There is a built in bar on the lower level so the upper levels can be for dancing and eating!🥂 Check it out! ➡️

It depends on what you want your guests to remember from your wedding. The music? The centerpieces? The food? 🤔 I think every vendor is important and plays a key role. What I recommend is listing your priorities of vendors from greatest importance to least importance and go from there. What I would suggest is to have a smaller bridal party. Limit it to 1-2 people per side which will cut down on gifts to get them and cost of hair/makeup OR cut out favors!
