Vidhi Modi’s journey into catering began with a mother’s desire to find a career that allowed her to balance family life with her passion for cooking. Exploring new cuisines had always been close to her heart, and seeing the joy on the faces of family and friends as they enjoyed her food made every moment worthwhile. As she launched Soul Kitchen LLC, she was determined to make her dream a reality, even when the path was challenging.

Thanks to shef.com, Vidhi was able to reach her first clients, and it wasn’t long before she was receiving direct requests for events. What began with small orders for 15 guests soon grew to larger gatherings, eventually gaining the trust to cater for 200, including corporate events for companies like Adobe and Apple. The culinary world is demanding, with long hours and late nights, but Vidhi’s commitment to quality, family, and her dream never wavered.

Today, Soul Kitchen LLC is a trusted name, and Vidhi is grateful for the support that has helped her reach this point. Her story is a testament to perseverance, passion, and the courage to take that first step.
